Bill and I, high in the Blue Ridge Mountains at the mouth of the Chattahoochee River, where it begins its trip to the Gulf of Mexico.

The 1.7-mile Lower Falls Trail is the longest natural trail in Big Canoe. Of course the highlight of the hike is the 30-foot cascade on Disharoon Creek known as the Lower Falls.
Jeanne and I hiked at beautiful Big Bone Gardens in northern Kentucky in late June.
